Richie Palladino brings decades of real-world real estate experience into the classroom. A licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker since 2005 and real estate instructor since 2004, Richie has built his career around residential sales, brokerage, education, and professional training.

Throughout his career, Richie has trained and taught more than 1,000  real estate professionals and aspiring agents throughout New England. His teaching style combines required real estate education with practical examples drawn from actual transactions and years of industry experience.

In addition to leading R-Pal Real Estate Academy, Richie remains actively involved in the real estate industry, giving students the benefit of learning from an instructor who understands today's real-world challenges.

His goal is simple: make real estate education understandable, practical, and useful from the classroom to the closing table.

Debbie Torchia began her real estate career in 1995 after retiring from a 22-year career as an occupational therapist. She entered the industry with Real Pro & Associates in Wenham, Massachusetts, before continuing her career with CENTURY 21 in Danvers.

Over the years, Debbie has built extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate. Her professional background also includes experience with short sales and 1031 exchanges, giving her a broad perspective on a variety of real estate transactions.

In addition to her work with clients, Debbie has spent many years mentoring new agents and helping experienced professionals return to the real estate industry. Her combination of professional experience, patience, and practical knowledge makes her a valuable resource for students and fellow real estate professionals.

Debbie brings decades of real-world experience to the classroom and is committed to helping students build the knowledge and confidence they need to succeed.

Evan Russell is a licensed real estate broker in four states and brings nearly 20 years of experience in buying, selling, coaching, and teaching real estate.

Throughout his career, Evan has coached and trained more than 500 real estate professionals, both through his own brokerage and with a national real estate franchise. His extensive industry experience allows him to bring practical, real-world examples into the classroom and help students better understand how real estate works beyond the textbook.

Evan's passion for teaching and coaching is reflected in his energetic and engaging approach. His experience working with buyers, sellers, new agents, and seasoned professionals gives students the benefit of learning from someone who understands many sides of the real estate business.

Evan is committed to helping students develop the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills needed to build successful real estate careers.

Judy McDonough began her real estate career in 1996 after completing her salesperson education at ANNEX Real Estate School in Quincy, Massachusetts. She went on to earn her Massachusetts Real Estate Broker license in 2000 and began teaching real estate after receiving her instructor certification in 2002.

With decades of experience in both real estate practice and education, Judy brings extensive industry knowledge into the classroom. She has been affiliated with CENTURY 21 since 1998 and continues her real estate career with CENTURY 21 North East.

Judy's years of experience as both a broker and instructor give her the ability to explain real estate concepts through practical, real-world examples while helping students understand the knowledge they will need as they enter the profession.

Judy is committed to helping students build a strong educational foundation and the confidence to take the next step in their real estate careers.

MARY O'BRIEN

Mary O'Brien brings more than 30 years of real estate experience to the classroom. Her extensive career includes serving as a managing broker and spending 15 years as a property manager, along with representing both buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions.

As a Massachusetts-licensed real estate instructor, Mary teaches both Pre-Licensing and Continuing Education courses. Her years of hands-on industry experience allow her to connect classroom concepts with practical situations that real estate professionals encounter in their careers.

Mary holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Bridgewater State College, combining a professional background in education with decades of real estate experience. She has also earned the CBR, GRI, and AHWD professional designations.

Mary is passionate about education and helping students develop the knowledge, professionalism, and confidence needed to succeed in real estate.

JOSEPH & JOCELYN MAGGI

Joseph and Jocelyn Maggi are a husband-and-wife real estate team who have worked together professionally since 2017. Together, they serve as managing partners with CENTURY 21 North East Maggi Realty Group.

Joseph brings more than 20 years of real estate experience serving clients throughout Western Massachusetts. His extensive industry background provides students with practical insight into the day-to-day realities of building a successful career in real estate.

Jocelyn began her real estate career in the Kansas City area before relocating to Western Massachusetts and joining CENTURY 21. Her experience in different real estate markets gives her a valuable perspective on working with clients, adapting to changing markets, and building professional relationships.

Their goal is to help students understand not only the principles of real estate, but how those principles are applied in today's marketplace.

Richie Palladino expanded R-Pal Real Estate Academy's educational reach into Florida and has been licensed to teach real estate education in the state since 2021.

His Florida teaching experience includes Pre-Licensing, Broker education, Continuing Education, and Post-Licensing courses, bringing the same practical, real-world approach to students preparing for and advancing their real estate careers.

With decades of real estate and instructional experience, Richie focuses on making complex real estate concepts understandable and relevant to today's professionals.
